Staging: Are you looking to sell your home quickly and for top dollar? It is important that potential buyers see themselves living comfortably in your home. We can help you prepare and stage your home in a way that will attract and appeal to buyers. Put It Simply Organizing, LLC will use your existing furniture and décor in new ways to update, refresh, and renew each space, making it feel welcoming and inviting to any buyer.
STEP ONE: Home prep & staging assessment (1-1.5 hours)
Tour your home’s exterior and interior to identify landscaping, decluttering, organizing, cleaning, repair, and home improvement needs
Assess each room to determine how to best stage it to sell (concept only; no moving of furniture or accessories will be done during the assessment)
Prioritize tasks identified based on budget and time frame
Provide product recommendations and suggestions for referrals as necessary
Schedule hands-on staging session(s)
STEP TWO: Hands-on staging session(s)
Stage each room (including closets) using existing furniture and décor in new ways to refresh and highlight your home’s best features
Stage exterior areas (i.e., porches, decks, adjacent patios) if needed
STEP THREE: Photo Styling
Work alongside a photographer to show off your home's best features for the listing.
After your Move
Unpack & Put Away: Our goal is to get you settled in after your move. To do this, we begin with the rooms you will need to be functional first. Then we address other living areas and finally, attend to storage.

Re-Design: Once the decluttering and organizing process is complete, spend a few hours with our designer who will help you re-design and personalize your space using your existing furnishings and accessories.
