They say it takes 21 days to keep a new habit, but how do you remember to start?

One successful strategy is to link your new habit with an established habit.


For example:
  • if you want to remember to take supplements, pair it with eating breakfast 
  • If you want to remember to wash the windows in the fall, pair it with shutting off the water spigot or daylight savings
